I was born and raised in Pakistan. While studying Physical Therapy (DPT), I spent every available hour in front of a computer, captivated by systems architecture, programming, and distributed databases.
In medicine, you learn to observe symptoms, identify the root physiological bottleneck, and prescribe an intervention that restores flow. Software engineering is identical: businesses suffer from broken operational pipelines, manual friction, and lost leads. By mapping the exact data flow and engineering the right AI agent or webhook bridge, you restore operational health.
Why I Don't Build Toy Demos
When I co-founded and built a WhatsApp conversational commerce engine for busy restaurant chains, we discovered that basic AI prototypes break instantly under real customer traffic. Hungry diners don't tolerate 4-second delays, and restaurant owners can't afford runaway LLM API bills.
I engineered an in-memory Redis session caching layer and pgvector semantic filtering that dropped latency under 850ms and slashed token costs by over 70%. That experience shaped my entire approach: real production systems require unit-economic rigor, deterministic state machines, and zero fluff.
